Detect common sensitive information on your device and hide names, phone numbers or faces before sharing.
How to use it
- Open Image editor in FileBox and switch to redaction, or choose Image redaction from the Photos share sheet.
- Choose detection categories, tap words manually or draw boxes.
- Adjust the redaction style and coverage, checking for missed details.
- Preview and overwrite or save a copy; the Photos extension saves a new image.
Before you start
Detection runs on-device and may miss sensitive content. Export removes original image metadata; Live Photos become still images. The Photos extension accepts inputs up to 80 MB and 25 megapixels.
